Hi. I am in Turkey and unable to make any outgoing calls. WhatsApp and Messenger are fine. Are you able to help? I had this issue last year with a previous phone. Thanks

Texts are okay. Don’t know about calls. I am on a monthly contract.

What happens when you make a call?

Can you manually select another network and try to make the call, does this work for you?

Your ability to send texts and use mobile data suggests your roaming facility is enabled and you are connected to a Turkish network.

Your symptoms suggest one of two issues

1: You have an outgoing international call bar active, which CS can remove.

2: There is a problem with the Turkish network you're connected to - toggling flight mode and manually selecting an alternative operator, should resolve this.
