Hi, suddenly when calls divert to VM they get my recorded greeting saying to leave a message. It then says a default message that ' the person that you are calling cannot accept messages. Please text or try calling again later' No idea why it is doing this. Called helpline and they reset my network settings but no difference. Any ideas please? My phone is a Samsung S21 in case that is relevant. Thanks

Can you dial your voicemail from your mobile OK?

This sounds like you might have an "extended absence greeting" enabled, with message deposit disabled. You can check this by choosing option 2 then option 3
