I think you're misunderstanding me. I'm in England, I live here. And when I signed a contract with EE, they told me in the store that I have 100 minutes of phone calls every month outside of England, which would be great because I could call my mother every now and then (since I'm Hungarian) So I've been paying my bill for 3 years and I haven't used even 1 minute of my 100 minutes a month. However, it is very, very strange that when I am in Hungary, I can only call a Hungarian phone number and not an English number. Tell me something about that, please.

When you log in to your My EE account under add-ons can you see the 100 minutes?

If yes, what is the name of the add-on?

Some add-ons will only allow you minutes to call from the UK abroad.

I believe the issue with not being able to call UK numbers whilst you are roaming is not linked.

If you don't mind me asking what happens when you try to call UK numbers when you are abroad?

Hi @horlasz81.

As long as you have calling abroad active on your account which is different to roaming you will be able to call from the UK to Europe.

Regarding the issue whilst you are abroad, please could you confirm what happens when you try call a UK number?

The system says: " It is not possible to call the specified number from my phone, I'm so sorry, goodbye " Nothing more

The system says the same in England when I want to call a Hungarian number, and also when I am in Hungary and want to call an English number!

Thanks for getting back to me @horlasz81.

I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our customer care team who can ensure you have calling abroad enabled on your account.

You would need this as well as roaming enabled to be able to call.

So you can't help me with this? And what's strange is that they don't even help me personally in the store where I bought the contract, and I was there again in person 3 months ago. So I don't understand all of this.

@horlasz81 : Try texting or replying ROAMEU INT to 150, if you'd prefer to roam in the EU and to call anywhere when in the UK or EU.
