Does the Rpaming Abroad Pass cover Turkey. Its not very clear on the website.

No, Turkey & N. Cyprus are not in the EU. It should be clear in any list of the EU countries published by EE incl. How do I get the Roam Abroad Pass?

As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/turkeyandnortherncyprus.
