Have you manually tried searching for a network and selecting a different network to see if the calls connect?

I have been a member of ee for 9 years, but I have never seen such a bad service telephone network as in the last 6 months! I have 3 subscriptions, we are hgv drivers, but it is simply impossible to call uk or any other eu number because it is disconnected immediately!!!! the subscription is for the full EU package and I pay £30 every month for nothing!!!!!!!!!!! Why????Dear EE! I have been a member of ee for 9 years, but I have never seen such a bad service telephone network as in the last 6 months!

@laloczki71 There is no full EU package contract. Roaming is an option that you choose to use it’s not part of any contract.

You need to make sure roaming is enabled on your EE account before you can use a device abroad. You can purchase an add on to allowing you to use your contract allows while in the EU. Having this add on doesn’t enable roaming on your EE account and these are not the same thing.

Have you texted ROAMING to 150 to enable roaming ?

Just to point out when you are roaming and roaming is enabled on your EE account you are not using the EE network you are connected to a local network in that country. If you then have a network connection issue that’s issue isn’t an EE issue it’s a local network issue and that network operator has to fix that issue. That’s nothing todo with EE.

Are you in the UK or abroad when you're having network issues?

EE is a UK network operator, but allow you to use your phone on foreign networks if you have international roaming enabled.
