Voicemail pin number

I forgotten My PIN number. Any advice would be appreciated. I need help to set up a new one. Thanks

You can change your PIN via the voicemail menus, if no PIN is set for access to this.

If you are locked out of your voicemail, then you will need to call CS to pass account security for a PIN reset.

what are the options for speaking to an advisor at CS, I cant seem to get through, it keeps advising me to go online

Absolutely awful service to unlock your voicemail pin if you forgot it.

Can't get to speak to anyone.

But when I call 150. It gives the option of calling someone on 1. When I do that it just sends me this link Thanks!

I pressed 2 and followed all the steps for boicemail but it gave me this. For information on turning voicemail diverts on and off, along with other useful tips see care.ee.co.uk/voicemail_

Please try calling 150 then option 2 then 1 for mobile, then tech queries. You will get a text please complete the information required including you are unable to access the voicemail as the PIN needs reset, and a member of the team will get in touch.

We have no access on the community to get this done for you, you will need to speak to the tech team.

I have tried every combination to try and speak to someone . My fault that I put in wrong code. I am an on call health worker!!! I have filled in a text and sent it off

To get this resolved please call us on 150 and the team can reset the voicemail PIN for you.
