Cannot receive SMS from other providers

Two months back, I started cannot receive SMS from providers other than EE. I tried to swap to another phone, ask friends from other providers to send me sms, and tried bank OTP, but none of them work!!

The ONLY sms I can receive now is from EE ONLY. Please advise!!

Did the same thing happen when you put your SIM in another phone?

Did you make any changes to your account o mobile number approximately 2 months ago?

No I didnt made any changes. It is still no SMS can be received from anyone NOT from EE network!!
