Phone doesn’t work abroad

In what way does your phone not work abroad - does it have a connection to a local network?

Is the phone on PAYG or pay-monthly?

It has no connection/service or 4G

Roaming is switched on. I did text 150 before I left the uk but not had a reply and I can’t get a reply now as no service.
I am on pay monthly

Did you text ROAMING to 150 before traveling?

Can you manually try and connect to a network in your phone settings, do you get signal after doing this?
