Reno phone blocking 0800 numbers

I have missed a really important call today as my phone blocked it can anyone explain how or why this may have happened?

Can you go to the Phone app, then Settings, Blocked numbers, do you have any numbers showing as blocked?

In settings I don't have an option for numbers!?

Reno 2. I don't seem to have a phone app? I looked in my apps list? If I click on the phone icon and then on the 2 dots in right hand corner there is a block and filter option on there no numbers blocked although it lists previous blocked numbers which I've now unblocked

This would be the correct place, the phone app is the one you would use for making calls @Guineacat66

Was the 0800 number showing as one of the numbers that you have now unblocked?

No that's what I don't understand they tried to call me on different 0800 numbers but all were blocked

I would suggest giving us a call on 150 and our tech gurus can get get this looked into for you @Guineacat66
