Getting calls about my missed call

Hi,

I kept getting calls from people I do not know that I missed called them. It started about a month ago, happens twice a week. But I do not call these numbers. I even do not have the phone numbers saved. Why is this happening?

Yes, I have been receiving calls. I just had one today in the morning. The guy said I called him at 9 am, but I am certain I did not.

I bought my number last year in June from Lyca Mobile and moved my number to EE around July.

My number is ***********

I keep getting this same issue, been going on for about a month and a half now. Literally had a call today saying, I've a missed call from this number. EE tech department only recommended doing a number change which I don't want to do as I've had this number for 10+ years. This is surely a data breach on EE's side as never had a issue like this before.
