Hi, I forgot to set up before leaving UK. So how do I set up an ADD ON to be able to receive UK calls on my EE sim? Thanks

I didn't do this before I left UK - can't find how to do online or on the app. Do you know if that's possible, or do I need to call and speak to someone?
