Hi, I arrived in Tahiti yesterday and expected my phone to connect automatically as it had done on previous travels. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try manually selecting local network.

On the assumption that roaming is already enabled on your SIM, this is the standard fix for any temporary issues with the local network your phone is trying to use.

So, to confirm in network selection, deselect automatic and then local networks ( if any) should appear?
