      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am flying to China tomorrow, do I need to turn on romaing to receive messages there ? and I guess receive messages is free worldwide ? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to use mobile data, send or receive text messages over a mobile network, or make/receive calls on a mobile network, then you need a connection to a local mobile network in China.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That foreign network connection is known as roaming - using your phone abroad. If your phone is on pay-monthly, texting ROAMING to 150 before you leave the UK will enable this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Receiving text messages is free anywhere in the world.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
