My voice message disappeared even if I didn't delete it myself. Now the icon is permanently there and I really want it out.

Can someone please help?

@Cris38383828 call your mobile from a different phone and leave yourself a voicemail. Then from your phone listen to the voicemail in its entirety and then delete it should clear the notification from your phone.
