Cant make calls

Only recently I have been unable to make outgoing calls. Can answer them with no issues.
For reference I am on the Isle of Man.

No, it happens wherever I am. And I don’t know anyone else on EE so I
couldn’t be sure.

Could you confirm if you set up Roaming on your account?

If you can receive calls on the Isle of Man, this demonstrates you have roaming active in order to be connected to a Manx network.

What therefore happens when you try making a call?

When I make a call I just get a long beep noise before it hangs itself up.
This even happens when I call voice mail!

Are you able to manually select another network if any show available?

I can send texts, but just tried changing network and of those available
nothing worked.

Are you on contract or pay as you go, @Rachsmith? Have you tried restarting your phone?

I think you're going to need to speak to our technical support team so they can check everything from our end. A lot of people in similar situations call through VOiP services, such as Skype.

Let me know if it works, but I tried my aim in an old phone and it didn't for me. But there's a couple of people at work who are also on EE who don't have a problem. I'm quite sure it's the network though as I've now done a factory reset as well.
