Thailand Data servicr

Why might my data service and phone calls not be working in Thailand? Roaming is switched on (on my plan and on the phone) and I have Travel Pass selected. I try to call the helpline but I only get an engaged tone (as I do for any phone call in fact). Text messages are occasionally working but nothing else. I can’t find any reason why.

@PNL2023 text messages are working occasionally, then it sounds like a local operator network issue

Have you tried restarting your phone and searching for a different available Thai network?
