Could not see any suggestions for this.

When I dial an 0330 number it connects but I can't hear anything. My missus who is also on ee doesn't have this issue

Are you connected to WiFi Calling?

Ah Wi-fi calling was off as I'd read it's a security flaw for samsung s22.

Thanks so much, turning it on temporarily worked!
