Someone have the same phone number like me

Can someone please help me with the issues wich i having since i moved from o2 in to EE keeping my old number , various people teling me that they called me on my number but someone else pick up the phone, how it's is even possible ? Even once i tried call few times on my number from my friend phone and after few calls that guy pick it up.

EE technical support can you please fix the issue asap please

Any single mobile number can only be allocated to one SIM at a given time.

I suspect the people who reached another person, have misdialled in error.

There is no missdiall , how on saved number you can choose wrong.

I dont like it and i hope someone will investigate that issue cuz is ridiculous

Yes , but as i said randomly from time to time nothing happens on mine and someone picking up on his mobile
