Network issues in Florida

Hi I Habe come to Florida. I have a roaming bolt on and I have the roaming on. On my oppo X5 I have tried restarting my phone and manually connect to any of the network but nothing at all. Can anyone help me plz I can't even ring ee on my mobile and I have to use WiFi to call anyone on WhatsApp. But I need to call EE.

Check that roaming is enabled on your EE account

Hi , I just logged in and looked and it has nothing.no on or off at all. I requested for the bolt on and it's there on my account . I can't even msg roaming to 150 as I have no network connection

Hi thank you, however I can't I Have no network connection to call. I need to do a online chat as I only Habe WiFi .

The online chat is temperamental when using it from abroad, @Whitney99.

If you can download Skype, or another VoIP service, you could call through that using the WiFi.
