&lt;P&gt;Did you make sure that roaming was enabled on your account? Just getting a roaming data pass for the USA does not enable roaming, as your account needs to be set up for roaming too, if you have not done this, then you may be able to do this by calling customer service, either via another phone or using Skype:&lt;/P&gt;
