&lt;P&gt;How did you activate your &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-and-international/roaming-data-add-ons/what-is-the-roam-abroad-pass" target="_blank"&gt;Roam Abroad Pass&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you also text &lt;STRONG&gt;ROAMING&lt;/STRONG&gt; to &lt;STRONG&gt;150&lt;/STRONG&gt; to activate roaming before you travelled?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Roaming Issue - Need to connect with staff</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I set my roaming pass to start on 11/03/2023 - 11/04/2023. It is now the 22/03/2023 and I still have no roaming internet which I had purchased (in advance). I have sent across several emails to different EE staff members, and noone has assisted me with my issue and now I cannot get into contact with staff from EE as I am abroad and cannot call EE. I am trying to request a "call-back" via my EE account and even this is not doable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To add, enabling a billing add-on (the Roam Abroad Pass) doesn't automatically activate the roaming facility which is what allows your phone to connect to foreign networks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EE have no email-CS contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
