Some People can't ring me

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if someone could help me, I've had my EE number and phone for a little over a year and have always had the same issue with it that some of my contacts cannot ring me normally.

It's not everyone and the providers they are with are all different so not sure what is going on here, they have to result in ringing me either through Facebook or through WhatsApp.

I've seen a similar issue on here from 2021 so it seems like it's a known issue.

The biggest problem I am having is that when I ring 150 from my phone to speak to someone I can never get through to an actual human to talk to on this issue. There is also no other way to contact EE that I've seen through their website.

I work at night and going in store is a huge inconvenience to me as I will loose out on sleep.

If someone could help with this I'd really appreciate it as it's been an issue from the start and have been struggling to contact someone for over a year.

Welcome to the community.

What kind of phone are you using? Have you checked your block list to see if any of the numbers are showing in there?

Roughly how many people are you aware of that can't phone you?
