Can someone advise where to find these settings as I can't get any mobile connection here. They were not downloaded by EE when I arrived. Thanks.

What makes you think you need APN settings? Did your phone work in the UK before travelling abroad?

I suspect your issue is that you've travelled abroad without enabling roaming on your phone - this will prevent it connecting to foreign networks. Any services that need a mobile network connection, will fail without that being present.

If so - are you on PAYG or pay-monthly?

@JazzaD : You don't change APN setting just cuz you've gone abroad. You still need the APN to point to EE.
