Good day ma'am/ sir

I have concern regarding on my EE sim card. Because It didn't work on roaming data.

I registered PACK15 when we are at dover, england. But when we arrived at Bremerhaven, germany. My sim card didn't work on data roaming.

Can you help me on how my sim card work on roaming?

EE PAYG SIMs are auto-enabled for roaming, once they have been used for a call or text on the UK network first.

It sounds like you didn't do this, and until you do - your SIM will not work abroad. There is no workaround for this.
