Global roaming add on. I paid for 60mins of calls to use in Cayman not working

I recently paid for a 60 min add on to make calls in Cayman Islands during March 2023. My calls will not connect to my sons phone- he is a resident of cayman. This was the reason I purchased the add-on before I came. Please help me to use as intended

@MR13 Are you in the UK or are you at the Catman Islands?
if your at the Cayman Islands did you enable roaming on your EE account before you left the UK ? Purchasing add-ons helps keep the cost down it doesn’t enable roaming on your account these are two separate things.

Making international calls from the UK is different to roaming, which is using your phone whilst abroad.

What is it you're trying to do?
