What are the issues you're having with receiving calls?

Can you make outgoing calls OK?

Hi issue have a income call with some numbers like a 10 month now ee try
to resolve but doesn't work I have been move last week to lyca and move
back still issue was same doesn't receive call or text I have call to this
number and text no problem doesn't have technician in this planet to
resolve the problem I can't believe,
Who I have to try to resolve
1.reset phone
2.replace sim 3times
3.try 5 different phone
4.move on different providers and back
6.tecnical support many times
Note: phone call work in Europe both side no problem make a call or receive
a call many thanks

Does there seem to be any kind of pattern to the numbers that can't call you? Are they on the same network? Is it mobiles or landlines?

What kind of phone are you using?

Mobile phone I know,different operator,I am using s21ultra but trying 5
different phone

No i have been reset the phone many times and try it on different
phone,last time when I move before lyca mobile my brother call me on lebara
mobile and after doesn't when on lyca and now on ee I can call or text him
no problem thanks
