Missed call notification doesn’t work

Hi,

I would like to receive a text after i have missed a call. if i am already on a call or do not available I don’t get a notification that someone has tried to call me.

I’ve tried to call my voicemail to reset it by turning off/on but it didn’t help.

Voicemail option 3 then option 1 allows you to toggle missed call alerts

I’ve done it, it’s ON, but I still do not get missed call notifications.

Missed call texts are sent when the following conditions are met:

An incoming call with CLI present, does not ring on your phone and a message is not left.

If any of these 3 elements fail, a missed call notification will not be triggered.

I'm not receiving SMS alerts at all, even all condition are met

I have the same problem. All conditions are met. I called 150 and they sent me a new SIM and the problem persists. Galaxy S20 Ultra if that makes any difference, Also, I use a temporary greeting as I don't want people to leave voicemails for me but I still want them to hear my greeting.
