Roaming whilst in Australia and New Zealand

Set up roaming whilst in UK. Received text from EE saying roaming available once landed in Melbourne. Turned on roaming but unavailable and blocks 4g and cannot order say an Uber unless turning off the roaming. Also tried changing the Australian provider to no avail

Are you unable to use 4G with all of the networks you've tried?

What phone are you using?

Can you restart your phone?

Thank you for your replies. Your suggestions I had tried but I contacted EE online and they had to adjust my roaming and after rebooting it appears to be working. Thank you
