Hi, I cannot call out. Every time I try to make a call it cuts off after exactly 7 seconds. So I cannot ring ee for help. Any ideas? @Ee

I can receive calls and I can text but I cannot make calls in any areas. My phone also randomly turns itself off.

Have you tried backing up all your data and factory resetting the phone to see if this fixes both problems for you?

Yes, this will wipe all information from your phone and restore to factory settings to see if this resolves the issues for you @Lh81

I have restored but it has deleted the settings app so I cannot restore my data. Any ideas?

The settings app should still be there as it was when you originally got the phone.

Do you have an option to search for apps in the phone?

The settings app has gone as has the search bar that let's me search for apps etc. 😥
