How do I change from plan to sim only

Hello,

I have paid my contract and are now due an upgrade. Can I change from my current plan to sim only contract as I now own my phone? How do I do this?

You can change your plan by one of two methods.

1; Login to your myEE online account and follow the "upgrade now" links

2: Call EE C/S on 150 from your mobile and speak to an agent who will usually action the request immediately.

I'm trying to do the same and it only shows phone upgrade options, no sim only ones despite saying I can upgrade phones or move to sim only on the same page. How do I find the sim only options link?
