Roaming Plus isn't working in Mexico

Hi I am currently working abroad working on cruise ships currently I am in Ensenada Mexico and my roaming isn't working I have my phone setup currently and does work in US (San Diego) Fine. Can anyone help with this please from EE I pay over £100 so want to be able to use all my add ons to its full potential.

@REX1996JAL If it works in the US then there is no reason why it’s not working there. But have you tried restarting the device? Have you tried a manual network search?

You are at the mercy of that roaming network and the cell coverage that this roaming network provides.
