Hi I have had multiple calls saying ive rang them checked call register no calls made from my handset has my sim been cloned ? Is all my information safe bank details passwords am I at risk of a big bill

You can only have one active SIM per EE number, is your SIM still active?

Are these UK numbers calling?

Still calling yes an my sim is still active 5 calls yesterday all saying
ive he'd a missed call or returning your call an I haven't made any calls
off my phone

I would recommend reporting this to technical care team. The team will be able to provide some reassurance and be able to look into this further for you.

You can get in touch by calling 150 from your EE handset.

I spoke to customer services they have put spending cap and a few
restrictions on my account an sending a replacement simcard , that's
all well an good but won't stop the calls I keep getting as a number is
still a number that is popping up as a missed call on strangers phones an I
will still get the call back

It is I'm on live chat with someone who is useless telling my I have to
report spam calls to police they are real people calling me asking who I
am an have missed calls from my number
