I can't make calls at all I've tried calling ee but nothing my last phone did this and this phone is brand new

I just came here because I'm having the same problem! I've tried turning off and on, I can still receive incoming calls! The coverage checkers says I should have excellent coverage in my area!

Hi, I too can’t make or receive calls. But it’s 4 people also around me on EE can’t make or receive calls either. However, I have full internet connection. So I messaged and WhatsApp calling work.

Hiya!

For the last couple of hours I've not been able to make or receive calls. I can still text. Switched on and off again, no help. Can't call 150 and don't have another phone to try the sim in.

Any suggestions? Service checked and no problems near me!

Mines the same, can text but can't ring. Bit beyond when we pay for our bill ain't it.
