hi my son is abroad and has the roaming add on active he can text and whatsapp but can’t use his data anyone have any ideas why?

Did your son activate roaming when purchasing a roaming pass?

When purchasing the add on this does not automatically enable roaming.

If yes, has your son tried manually selecting another available network?

he’s in Northern Italy we text roaming on from his phone and it was working on day one however now nothing is working even though the spending cap has been taken off by the EE customer services i’ve re asked them to look into it.

Are you aware if calls and texts work OK?
