Temporary Greeting (Voicemail)

Has EE removed the function to set up a temporary greeting on voicemail? I was using it on my old phone but since changing phones the option appears to no longer be there on voicemail?

The option to set a temporary greeting is under option 2 of the voicemail menu - this is regardless of which phone you call from.

I've got a Samsung A13. How do I set up the greetings voicemail?

Could you please try following these steps to see if this sets up your new greeting?

On your Android device, open the Google Voice app .
At the top left, tap Menu. Settings.
In the Voicemail section, tap Voicemail greeting.
Tap Record a greeting.
Tap record .
Record your greeting and then tap stop.
Choose what you would like to do with the recording:
