So I activated Roam Further from Uk before traveling and the internet works fine on 4g but sms not working nor phone calls.

Help!

Likewise, I’m on iPhone 8 and Roam Further add-on, I think it worked last trip but this trip no SMS or calls work, just mobile internet.

I tried resetting, turning off auto-selection of network, etc.

@ie13 Is roaming activated on your account ? Purchasing add ons doesn’t enable roaming. Have you tried restarting the device? Have you tried manually searching for a different network to join ?

What network are you using over there?

I was roaming on AT&T during my last trip (even got 5G) and could make / receive calls.

Would be worth manually selecting them if you're using a different carrier, see if that resolves it for you.

Yes I've restarted multiple times, I've tried manually selecting networks to no avail. It's odd because I believe my 4G internet is working (so the Roam Further seems working), but no calls or SMS.

I received SMS confirmation (in UK before my trip) on Feb 7 after purchasing Roam Further, that doesn't mention anything about having to activate the £11.40 allowance that was successfully added to my bill.

Further, I don't see any options to toggle things on in my settings (screenshot below).

And I still see the add-on listed in my account:
