I followed those instructions

I added credit using 150 at Kings Cross yesterday

I got to Switzerland today. The sim wont work

The helpline tells me i should have actually used the sim yesterday and they cant get it to work now

Please help

@Roger12345 : Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

I am going for 4 days. Is it cheaper to buy a roaming pass or live with the daily costs? If i do use a roaming pass when do I buy it?

@j999GTR : 4 day @ £2.59 / day works out cheaper than £15 / week.

On arrival you will receive a Welcome text offering you the weekly roaming pass, which you do not have to accept.
