Connection dreadful

I travel to and from Bristol to Birmingham on the train and the connection with EE seems to be getting progressively worse. Patchy at best for 4G and constantly dropping

is anyone else experiencing this or concreting moving to another provider as this is just dreadful?

Does the problem occur when you're on the train and moving?

Do you have any problems when you're in either Bristol or Birmingham?

Frankly it’s patchy even when I’m not on the train
In Birmingham and Bristol
So it’s not the train as far as I can see

Tricky to advise without specifics really - I have first-hand experience of performance issues in particular scenarios recently, but yours sounds a more general issue. Do you know any friends or relatives whose phones have similar problems? That would be a good test to eliminate your phone vs network, as a cause.

You would be wise to test alternative operators before assuming they would automatically be better.
