      <title>No internet despite full 5G</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the issue with my old phone where the mobile data wouldn't work and location services, I got an upgrade thinking it was a phone issue and I still don't have mobile data connection despite it saying I have 5G and the network status is 'Excellent' - Never used to have issues this started about 5 months ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Iphone 14 and mobile data is activated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get internet back if I reboot my phone but it drops off again after so long&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For my current location it says there is service disruption and should be sorted in 16 hours, however, I've had this issue since November.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the status option for my home address where I also get the problem and it says there are no known issues&lt;/P&gt;</description>
