Can you see the number that is calling you or does it show as an unknown number?

I can see the number. I called them, guy said he can delete it from their list but that only deletes from their office so I'll still get calls from offices in other parts of the UK.

It should go on your account and stop all outbound calls.

The last resort is to block the number in your phone.
