Hi, I’m in Columbia and using a local sim most of the time. However I need to check my voicemail and change the message - how do I do that given that I have no local service on my we sim? Thanks

Even if the EE SIM had worked there you would have had to set up a PIN for your VM beforehand to change it.

You can dial EE voicemail from any working phone, calling +44 7953 222222 - this relies on your having a remote-access PIN setup, which you will need to enter to access your voicemail remotely.

If you don't have a PIN setup, you can do so by calling voicemail from your EE phone, but potentially only from the UK.

Without a remote access PIN being setup, you're in catch-22
