I asked in Ee store about roaming to New Zealand and Australia. Told to text roaming to 150 which I did. Phone won’t work in NZ so I went into my account to discover I’m being charged £2 a day for something when I thought it was £10 a month! How do I stop this and change it to the £10 pass please???

You can purchase the 30 day Roaming Abroad Pass by logging in to your My EE account and following these steps:

Menu > Plans, Inclusive Extras & add-ons.

Are you able to use your services currently?

@Ginny54 : You are not being charged £2 a day for roaming in NZ & Oz. That's only for roaming in EU. It's on your a/c as a free add-on in case you do roam in the EU.
