@BigJason : Call CS to lift the bar on Premium Rate nos. They can be quite costly.

@BigJason Are you on contract or PAYG ? If on PAYG you’ll need credit on your account to pay for this call if on contract then there is a bar on your account that has to be lifted so you can call premium rate numbers.

You might also what to read about EEs SPEND CAP if your a contract customer.
