I can call other’s. But some call can't come in my phone.

What happens when they try to call you? What kind of phone do you use? Could you check any block lists in case their number accidentally made its way onto there?

Sony xperia 1 ii. It’s not phone problem. It's sim problem

Alternatively, you can give us a call or visit your local EE Store with photo ID.
