Hi I have a problem. Roaming in EU and don't have any service. Can't even call support. How can I get help?

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?

If you have a pay monthly account, did you check roaming was set up before leaving the UK?

No I didn't check it. And actually it was the first use of a sim card in
EU. Probably I deen to insert it first in the UK?

I don't know if it is pay as you go, but I activated a 15£ pack.

This is pay as you go, if you have a pack @Ballsbreak

The SIM would need to have been activated on the EE network by making a call or sending a text before this would work abroad.

The SIM won't work until this is completed.
