      <title>Unable to make or receive calls since upgrade. RESOLVED</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upgraded contract in Dec 22. &amp;nbsp;Since the exact date I have been unable to make calls or receive them. &amp;nbsp;Followed suggestions on similar posts to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoned EE support who stated that my contract had been upgraded to a business data only plan in error. &amp;nbsp;Put me on hold for a couple of minutes came back to say correct plan now in effect allow up to 24 hours for change to take effect. &amp;nbsp;Picked up my mobile and rang the landline, straight through!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps someone else.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
