Voicemail not working correctly

Voicemail not working correctly - keeps going straight to the following message

"Im sorry the person is not available, please leave a message after the tone, after youve finished recording your message hang up or to hear more options please press 1"

It makes no sence what so ever its vital i can recieve buisness calls! Can someone call me urgently before 8pm tonight plz!!!

@Hart1966 If you want to speak with customer services you call them, this is a public forum not customer services so no one from here knows who you are let alone will call you.

What’s wrong with your voicemail as that’s the standard greeting for it, Or are you trying to say that all calls go to voicemail and phone phone doesn’t ring at all ?

Have you tried just restarting the device?

What you've described is normal behaviour for an incoming call that you've not answered on your phone and is then diverted to your voicemail.

The caller can choose to leave a message which you can then retrieve by calling your voicemail.
