@Busamaga2023 of cause of you can. (you can not use your tariff allowance though while there ) Are you are on contract ? you need to make sure roaming is enabled on your EE account, just text ROAMING to 150. You’ll need to have a look at THIS.

if your on PAYG you’ll need credit on your account to pay for calls/text and you’ll need to purchase a data bundle. Use the same link above and switch it to PAYG.
