Help how can I get my phone working abroad. I can use Internet and says my plan works with eu roaming and messaging and calls? But can't text or call.?

No you are right. After a 24 month contract with them. I have 1 month left and I will be leaving never to return again worst experience of my life for customer experience. Staff don't care company defo doesn't. Learn from my experience stay away.

@IhateEE100 And for every disgruntled customer on EE there will be thousands who are quite happy, you’ll find this with all networks and there will always be disgruntled customers.

@IhateEE100 , did you make sure that roaming was enabled in your account before going abroad? You will also need to have call abroad and premium calls enabled, this is not automatic.
