I paid when landed for 8mb in egypt data allowance and 3 time said this was used immediately without using my phone can someone advise me o. this please

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

I'd recommend turning off mobile data access for all but your essential apps. This will avoid apps you aren't using, updating and using up your data allowance.

Your phone should also have a data counter which will itemise data usage down to individual apps. It can be useful in situations like this.
